There will be 60 adults and 10 children. How do I prepare the hots, hamburgers and chicken ahead of time and finish them off when needed for sandwiches on the grill. Also, how many of each will be needed, including side dishes, drinks and before eating time snacks. |

This basically counts as 2/3 of 100. You can't cook the burgers and chicken ahead for good results. Just figure it will take 20 minutes per burger batch, about 30 per chicken. If you are doing at home, you can roast the chicken in the oven, then immediately onto the grill. I would use Polish sausage or kielbasa instead of hotdogs. Taste better, more popular.
