What about the taco bar (2/3 the amount for 100) with rice and beans, plus some fruit trays, and aqua fresca and Mexican beer. Maybe a few trays of enchiladas or tamales, or budget permitting guacamole? You could even add chips and nacho cheese or queso. A pinata with kid or grown up goodies, depending on the crowd. |
