Hi all I'm needing to cook about 60 jacket/baked potatoes for a lunchtime party. Couple of things I'm not sure on if anyone can help .. - will it take longer to bake them as so many in the oven at once ? - can I part bake the night before and then throw back in for 30mins or so to finish off and crisp up ? Be great to still have the oven free on the day ! Thanks a million |

Baked potatoes do not reheat well. I suggest you make twice baked, which do reheat well and are very festive. |
