Mom's Funeral

06/11/13 		I am trying to figure out how many trays of pinwheels sandwiches (18-24 servings)/fruit tray & veggie tray (16-20 servings)/pretzel tray (local favorite - 12-15)
cookies (how many dozen? friends are donating homemade). We will also have nuts, popcorn (mom's favorite). Keeping it simple for 70.
Thank you. I am not cooking as I am having a party the night before the funeral this weekend.

pinwheels sandwiches (18-24 servings)/4, some left
fruit tray-4
veggie tray (16-20 servings)- 3
Maybe add 5 pounds of cheese cubes or slice-it yourself and 3 pounds of crackers
pretzel tray (local favorite - 12-15)- 5 if everyone will have some
cookies (how many dozen? friends are donating homemade). 15 dozen smallish would not be too many

nuts, 3-4 pounds
popcorn (mom's favorite). 7 pounds makes 100 bags
