Breaded Chicken breast - 50 pieces Baked Ziti (with meat and ricotta) - 3 half pans (tray) (2 in) Rolls - 5 lbs Full Sheet cake |

Appetizer: 2 - 18" veggie / dip platters 2 - 18" crackers / cheese platters Consider adding one spread or dip or a fruit tray Salad: 7 lbs tossed salad (with cherry tomatoes and red onion added)-OK Breaded Chicken breast - 50 pieces- OK Pasta - 5 lbs (uncooked)4 plenty
Baked Ziti (with meat and ricotta) - 3 half pans (tray) (2 in) OK, but this is only about 20 servings Rolls - 5 lbs- go 6, 2 pounds butter Full Sheet cake- OK, but cut carefully Need dinner level coffee |
