I recently started attending a church next to a mission house. Every day they offer a free dinner to those that show! They are looking for additional 'cooks' . Well, I am interested in helping, however my only real experience is doing Kitchen prep. at Bob evans. I actually would like to do it at least once a week, however my inexperience is intimidating me. Theres roughly 30 mouths to feed, however, It has been suggested that I make enough for 50. Any recommendations or recipes would be helpful (please nothing to expensive) Thank you. |

John, go to the basic budget entrees on the big pots page. They are specifically developed from this type of situation, and are very specific. For 50 servings, you just do 1/2 the amount for 100. |
