I am having a graduation party. Menu is as follows. Fried Chicken, Fettuccine Alfredo, Stuffed Cabbage Rolls, Italian Sausage, Baked Beans, Brisket, Salad Bar, Fruit salad and Pasta Salad. How much cabbage and meat do I buy to make the cabbage rolls and how many pounds of Brisket do I buy? |

People make their rolls in different thicknesses/sizes. For this crowd I would make 100.
