my menu is roasted chicken,smoked and polish sausage with kraut, smashed red skins,pasta with marinara sauce, green beans with caramelized onions salad rolls. I have 15 chickens to get 150 pieces but, how much of the other dishes how many pds of sausage and i never guess right on the salad. also kraut and potatoes? yhx much |

Jan, you don't say how many people, whether it is a mixed crowd or all/mostly teens, or how long the party lasts, all of which effect buffets. More info please. |
