I am putting on a benefit this weekend, and would like to know if there are any recipies for a hamburger bean hotdish that would serve 400 people? Also how many pounds of pork would I need to feed 400 people? |

Kathy, your best bet would be 3 times the mozzarella sausage bake on the spaghetti page, or 4 times one of the basic budget entrees for 100 on the Big Pots page. Look them over, and write back. |
