Graduation Party

I am serving buffet of chicken parm, baked ziti, pulled pork on buns, mac and cheese, chicken wings for 150 - 200 people. How much of each should I prepare/buy. Is this an appropriate combo?

OK Kathy, the rough thing here is that 150-200 is too big a range, and the caution is that chicken wings for this many are very expensive. I have been recommending that party-givers switch to chicken legs; easier to eat, easy to fix, and about half the cost.

Also, can you let me know how long the party is and whether it is mostly teens or what is the mix? Also, what size kitchen, how many stoves, etc, what other sides, whether alcohol will be served, and whether any of this will be catered? Write back.
