I am feeding 450 adventure racers after their race. Food had to be pre made and transported 2 hrs from my kitchen to a minimal space. For the past 2 years I served pork loins but have been asked for a change up...I need some ideas as it has to be moist tasty filling and ready to go. Any Ideas would be appreciated. |

What about really good sandwiches (6 foot heroes?), potato or pasta salad, broccoli slaw and Waldorf salad, green salad, a hot pot of soup or chili, and a big dessert buffet? |
