I'm having a graduation party for my son tomorrow. I have 30lbs of pork butt ordered but wonder if I need more. I ordered 200pcs. of chicken, I'm making 9lbs of coco lopez slaw. About 6lbs of brocc. slaw. one full crock of baked beans. 75ears of corn broke in half size, watermelon. I also have nacho cheese and chips. 1 large can of cheese. Cowboy caviar. I don't know how much of that. Family is bringing it. Cheese and cracker tray. Sheet cake, baklava, brownies, cookies and a caramel apple dessert thing. What should I tweak if anything? Thank you!!!!!! |

Just FYI, this is what you can cover with what you have:
30lbs of pork butt- about 150 sandwiches
9lbs of coco lopez slaw- enough for 40 |
