I'm cooking sausage,peppers and onions for about 100 people. How much peppers and online should I cook? |

The weight of the veggies should be about the same as the weight of the sausage, and I do 2/3 peppers and 1/3 onions. I do 1 pound sausage for 5-6 for a second dish, 1 pound per 3 for a main dish. |
