Am planning for 100 people my how many in each would I need here is my menu
Fruit platter,
Chicken kebab
fish balls
mini apple turnovers
petite fours cakes
veg quiche

Fruit platter- deluxe fruit tray for 100, fruit tray page
Chicken kebab-1 pound raw boneless per 2-3; this depends on whether you are serving bread, rice, etc; more if not.
fish balls- ?? what kind and how served? Fritter type, Japanese style, etc.
mini apple turnovers-2 per person (3 if all teens)
petite fours cakes- 2 per person (3 if all teens)
veg quiche-cut an 8 inch into 8 pieces (small pieces) and make 10-12.
Maybe some relish trays or antipasto vegetables?
