Oh, the pressure, the pressure! Seriously, this depends very much on the adult/ teen split, espcially for the meats, so give me a clue?

The truth is, given the choice between hot roast beef and spaghetti, a lot of people will pick the sandwich, but also eat some meatballs as sort of an appetizer. Would you consider having the meatballs as an appetizer sort of thing and doing a pasta salad, or else doing baked spaghetti with the sauce and meatballs already in, or some lasagnas, or the mozzarella sausage bake on the spaghetti page? All of these are easier than loose pasta for 100.

The green salad and the jello come straight off the plan for 100 page- 17 little packets for the jello and you know whee to find the salad table.

Write back with your counts and thoughts.

Hi--I think I will take your suggestion and put meatballs in the baked pasta. There will probably only be about 15 teens, rest adults (teens having a party later). How much beef should I make? Thanks again -. I dont' think I could have a party without asking you. You have always been right on with quantities. thanks again

If you don't mind having some beef left over, make about 32 pounds. For the baked spaghetti, see the mozzarella bake for 120 and use about 1/2 the amounts of various items as quantity guides. Make at least a 9x13 meatless, in case of any stray vegetarians.
