I was wondering if you would know if you figure the same ratio when roasting sweet potatoes as if you were roasting say like red potatoes? Thank you very much. I look forward to your answer. |

They cook about the same as white potatoes of the same size, but it depends on the size and thickness of the potatoes, as you know some are very round and some are long and slim... |
