I plan on having cold meat trays, veggie trays, cheese and cracker trays, pickles,potato salad,coleslaw,ceasar salad, buns, fruit trays, and dessert bars, 5 different kinds of appetizers. I can't figure out how much I need to buy for these items. |

Hello Jason, For all amounts which use the planning pages, do 1 1/2 times the amount for 100. 5 different kinds of appetizers. 2 bites of each kind per person
cold meat trays, depends on the time of day and length of reception. If mid afternoon, use reception level on the sandwich page, if over a mealtime, use meal level. Suggestions for assortments are on that page.
cheese and cracker trays, 1 pound cheese per 10, some sliced for sandwiches, some can pe spreads or logs
potato salad, about 7 gallons
veggie trays, with this spread, suggest 1 1/2 classic relish trays and fresh with dip for 100, see the veggie tray page dessert bars, see dessert planning page.
