I am planning a 2:00 reception for 250 adults and 50 children. We are having chicken salad/small croissant sandwiches, fruit, cheese, crackers, and cake. If we use the 1/2 cup scoop for the sandwiches, how many will your recipe (40 sandwiches) make? Your site is very helpful. Thank you. |

This makes at least 14 cups, almost a gallon. The mini croissant won't hold more than 1/3 cup, so you are looking at about 45-50 per recipe. |
