Hi Ellen,I own a bistro and I am having a hard time finding a bulk raspberry vinaigrette recipe.Do you have one?I have been making my own,with raspberry puree and raspberry jam,white wine vinegar,olive oil and vegetable oil. I am not 100% happy with the results. Thanks, Rosangela |

You might try this: Raspberry Vinaigrette: 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar 1/4 cup fresh raspberries (puree OK) 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup soy oil 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chiffonade or fresh Italian parsley- Salt and black pepper, to taste Other vinaigrettes; lemon vinaigrette, curry vinaigrette, Mandarin orange vinaigrette, grape vinaigrette, pineapple vinaigrette, roasted red pepper vinaigrette, roasted tomato and shallot vinaigrette, tomato Parmesan vinaigrette |
