I'm looking to reduce catering costs and supply a better meal to employees by purchacing a commerical grill, I'm at odds though of the amounts of food per person that would be required. |

Burgers for parties, you can do 4 per pound, I usually do 3 per pound; for all adults, make about 1/4 more than the number of people. |
