I am barbecuing 40 lbs, of salmon. We have a recipe but I need the quantity of liquid I would need to facilitate proper marinading. The fish will be filleted and cut in 1 serving portions. |

I marinate in baggies, so it takes comparatively little. Allow about 1 cup per 4 to 5 pieces. |
