I need to know how many pans and how big of pans to make for Fall Wedding reception. this will take the place of wedding cake. |

Pleasant idea. A 9x13 pan makes 12 nice servings. especially with a scoop of ice cream, or whip cream. You can make in much larger pans, but try to keep the layers shallow- too deep and you get a lot in the pan, but you lose the "crisp". You will need about 38-40 pounds of pie filling and 13-14 pounds of topping. |
