I am preparing cumcumbers in vinegar and boiled potatoes for a weeding reception for 100 people how many cumcumbers and potatoes should I fix? |

It takes 23 pounds raw cukes to make about 3 gallons of cucumber salad for 100. I make 40 pounds of potatoes for 100- may have some left, but they are inexpensive and popular. |
