I am serving naked burritos, fajita style, for my daughter's wedding. I am offering the salad option, and would like to know how many pounds of shredded lettuce I would need. I will be buying it already shredded. |

This is a little tricky. 7 pounds for straight tacos, triple for all taco salads, so I suggest about double. |
