My son is getting married and we are responsible for providing white sangria. I have made it before for a small home gathering, but have never made "catering quantity". I'm thing maybe around 10-12 gallons. Also, do you have any ideas on how to transport and store this much to the venue? |

The High Wire white wine sangria recipe on this site should do it for you, it indicates quantities. If you need further help, write back. You can mix all the fruit juices the day before to blend. The real lime juice is important, as is the mango. Do final mix on site. |
