I am getting married next year and will have roughly 75 guests.I want to serve pot roast but have no idea how much meat ill need...or potatos and carrots for that matter |

You need to pot roast about 35 pounds of boneless beef, I suggest either whole chuck or round. 25 pounds of potatoes. 15 of carrots, 12-15 of onions. |
