The venue for our daughter's reception is fun and informal at "The Hitching Post Barn". We are planning on 125 (@20 are smaller children)
Menu: Salad, Dinner Rolls, Shredded Beef, Corn on the cob, and a Baked Potato Bar. How many lbs of beef would we need and I would think Chuck Roast would be the best cut? Thanks so much.

Yes chuck. 40 pounds raw per 100 (45-50 all together)if you are cooking yourself; 40 as served with sauce and all if you are ordering by weight.
