I'm wondering how much chex mix I need to provide for munchies prior to a plated meal for 300 (during cocktail hour). It will be left out during the dance/reception after meal also. |

Not sure how long the party is, but at least 6 pounds per 100, and you might consider adding at least mints or nonpareils and plain roasted nuts, same amounts of each. There are a lot of little crunchy munchies available now, such as wasabi peas, jerky bites, etc. |
