Wedding for 150 people the menu is BBQ pulled pork 70 lbs uncooked Sloppy Joes 40 lbs Baked beans 5 gallons Scalloped potatoes 1 roaster pan full pasta salad 6 gallons fresh fruit cut up Chips 250 buns will this be enough will have to figure out fruit and chips. |

Most is excellent. Scalloped potatoes 1 roaster pan full- an electric roaster pan only serves about 60
fresh fruit cut up- see fruit tray page, do the deluxe trays for 100 plus 2 trays for 25, or about that Don't forget the sandwich fixings and condiments- table for 100 on he sandwich page, do 1 1/2 |
