I figure 8-10 servings per loaf, and would make 6 loaves. However, there are huge variations in what people consider "old-fashioned good banana bread"; heavy or medium or cake-like, how much banana, with or without nuts, buttery/oily or not. Write back with more detail and I will try to help. |
