This is a dessert buffet type thing, here is about what I would do. Make bite size, rather than slices for most items, bars 2-3 bites, for example. carrot cake- 100 squares cheese cake- 150 tarts chocolate cupcakes- 150 brownies- 200 small English trifle individual cup servings-150 cups Then, dinner level coffee as discussed on the beverage planning page |
