My daughter is having her engagement party at a vineyard that has no kitchen. What & how much would I make for 50 people to have with vine. I would like it to be tasty but economical and not too much work to prepare. Most people will be college age. |

OK, so basically what you need is a cold supper. Suggest you do 2 times the champagne lunch on this site (button at the top of the main cook talk page). Instead of any cooked casseroles, add the cold sliced meats, and possibly some potato salad. This will give you plenty for even hungry collegians. |
