08/19/13 		I am trying to figure out how many pounds of roast I will need to feed 110 men and what that would cost at Costco or Sam's? Thanks for any help.

08/19/13 		If you do whole chuck or whole round (see beef roasting article), you need about 60 pounds boneless raw. Have someone serve the first round.
