Hey Ellen I'm cooking for around 100-120 guests and they want chicken I was wondering what the best way to buy it and how much should I actually buy? Thanks |

Plan for 1 1/4 times the amount for 100, look at the chicken table on the table for 100, and look at the wedding chicken recipes- it shows pieces for different cuts, and also amounts for recipes. |
