I am feeding 45 adults & 18 children at a baptismal luncheon. We are serving shredded pork & shredded bbq beef on mini hamburger buns. How many pounds of meat should I order and how many buns? |

You want about 16 pounds total meat. You might consider having one pulled meat and a cold meat/cheese tray for dressed up folks who don't want to drip on their clothes. At least 2 buns per person, and I would do 3 per man or teen, 2 per lady and 3 per each 2 kids.
