Just trying to figure on food amount for 150 people. Are family is not in agreement!!
Menu
Cheese platters, Fruit Platters and veggie platters.(Starters)
20 lbs. Roast Beef for Sandwiches
150 piece of chicken
20 lbs. sausage served with peppers and onions
6lbs.Baked ziti with sauce
12 lbs. of Potato salad
6 lbs. Baked beans
Toss salad
80 ears of Corn on the Cob
200 rolls.
Please help?

Cheese platters, 1 pound per 12, some can be logs or spreads
crackers, 9-10 pounds
Fruit Platters, use deluxe fruit tray on the fruit tray page, add additional for 25; dip is nice
veggie platters, either 2 classic relish trays from the veggie tray page, or veggie selection as outlined on the veggie tray page, dip is nice

20 pounds Roast Beef for Sandwiches- will run out, roast beef is popular. You need sandwich condiments, see the sandwich page
150 piece of chicken- OK
20 pounds sausage served with (equal weight) peppers and onions- OK

6 pounds baked ziti with sauce
12 pounds of Potato salad- need at least 4 gallons, 32 pounds raw potatoes
6 pounds Baked beans- need at least 4 gallons
Toss salad- use the plan for 100 page, do
80 ears of Corn on the Cob- break in half, butter- 3 pounds
200 rolls- You need 18 pounds, 4-5 pounds butter
