hi, I am I'm.charge of.a baby shower... Needing to know how much lettuce to buy and What is the cheapest route.. buying a head of.lettuce and.chopping or buying salad in a bag... I tried.to look at taco bar but I'm.confused... Food being served is a taco salad bar.. Where everyone can mJr the salad to their liking... I have chips,chicken,lettuce, black beans, corn cheese tomatos and sour cream... |

Usually, whole heads are cheaper than processed. Weigh the heads, for the salad you need about 4 ounces per person. For your party, use the taco bar list, use 1/3 the amount listed there for 100, and you will be right for 35. You need 2 ounces of chips per person. |
