Usually, you allow 3-4 ounces, which is 1/4 can for each person. For 60 people, I would get about 8 pounds of the smooth jelly and then make a fresh cranberry relish or jello for those that like chunky. Or else get about 10 cans plain and 8 cans whole berry, but don't open all ahead of time! For cranberry relish recipes, go to southernfoods.about.com and search on cranberry relish. Dozens of great choices. |

servings for people what size spongne cake for 30 teenagers please? |

Just double what you would allow for 30 adults. For example, tube pans would be 2 so make 4. |

I need to know how many lbs. of potatoes I need to make scalloped potatoes for 75 people? |

Hi, Deb, This is a popular question for a popular dish. I recommend 40 pounds of potatoes per 100 persons, so you want 30. You know to use baking potatoes, not red/new, for that creamy scalloped potato texture we all love. |

About 20-24 pounds boneless skinless ready to cook. Depends on the side dishes and the heaviness/ additonal ingredients of the sauce. |
