I am planning on cooking Orange Dijon Chicken in Wine for my daughter's wedding. I am a little confused over the recipe. I am making it a 1 1/2 weeks early. The recipe says to brown the chicken and then freeze. Does this mean I am freezing half cooked chicken, or does it mean to brown the chicken until it is cooked thru. Any help would be great. Thank you |

It is just cooked through, not raw in the middle, but NOT dry, either, as it cooks further later. |
