Hello, I'm having a wedding at my house for about 40 people and want to cook hams in a roaster. First, any suggestions on the best type of ham to buy for this? Second, what would the cooking instructions be? Thank you so much!! |

Hey Pat, you also posted on the end of the roaster thread, check there. Boned ham is easier (20 pounds), bone-in (25 pounds) is very very tasty. |
