Since you want at least a cup per person= 10 quarts, you are looking at about a 16 quart pot if this is one dish or 2 10 to 12 if it is 2 separate dishes for the sauce. I suggest you cook the rice by baking in the oven; it is very difficult to cook that much rice without a professional rice steamer. Recipes in the recipe box section. |
