I am making meatball and sausage for 35 people. How many lbs of hamburger and sausage will I need. I am also making chicken wings and calzones. |

1 pounds small meatballs per 4 plus 1 pound sausage per 6-8 without the calzones. You don't say what kind or how many and you don't tell the rest of the menu, so that is the best I can do. |
