Too much food for 75 people...
Marinated Teriyaki Chicken strips on skewers (50 lbs of chicken strips)
Benedictine Cucumber Sandwiches (Small round sandwiches) 4 to 5 per person Chicken salad puffs 5 to 6 per person- 3 per person 3 16 inch round vegetable trays with dip- OK, but you might consider 1 tray and one classic relish tray from the veggie tray page- more interesting 3 large cheese balls served with crackers- need about 10-12 pounds with about 5 pounds crackers mini cherry cheese cake 4 to 5 per person-3 plenty, could add 2 small brownies per person, there is always room for chocolate 6 to 8 gallons lemonade- OK, some left I would definitely add a fruit tray, about 2/3 the deluxe tray for 100 at the bottom of the fruit tray section would be good.
