Faylin, go to the fruit trays and salads page for amounts and recipes. The link is in the planning section of the Big Pots page. The fruit salads for 100 will give you shopping amounts for eother canned, fresh, or mixed fruit salads. If you are serving whole fruit, go by the piece- Texas citrus has come in it is really good this year, and cheap. |

Henry, this depends somewhat on the rest of the info; for example, if it is for a luncheon or for a cocktail affair, or is it part of a meal? Time of day, and what other items are served also have an effect. That said, the ball park info you need is on the fruit trays and platters page- you allow about 5 ounces of ready to eat fruit per person, and there is info for dips, too. |
