These usually come in 2 basic sizes, one round, like a biscuit, one large and triangular. In this case, I would make them triangular, but half size, and allow 3 per person. The golden scones recipe on this site is terrific. One apricot, one chocolate chip and one spice or pumpkin would be a very nice assortment. For 50 ladies, 2 jars (3-4 cups) English seville orange marmalade, such as Dundee, 1 of apricot or cherry, 2 pounds honey, 2 pounds butter. |
