In trying to decide on my main dish for a party and just trying to figure out how many pounds of a shredded like meat (either pulled pork or ropa viejo) fit in a full size aluminum tray (12x20)? That way I can back out how many people each tray feeds. Thanks! |

These pans are universally estimated across the catering world to hold 18-35 servings, depending on the bulkiness of the food. With solid meat pack, you are looking at 35, or about 12 pounds of cooked meat (15-16 raw). |
