09/23/13 		How many catering pans would you fix if your having ..Mashed Potatoes.. Mac and cheese..Corn..Green Beans.. Stuffed Chicken breast, Pulled Pork?

09/23/13 		Jane, I just did this menu.

A full size pan does 20 to 35 servings, depending on what it is and what else is served. And I go by weights and amounts, not pans.

Mashed Potatoes.. 15 pounds potatoes
Mac and cheese.. 4 pounds dry pasta
Corn.. 12 pounds
Green Beans.. 10 pounds

Stuffed Chicken breast, 1 small per person (4 ounces raw), if larger, cut some in half
Pulled Pork, 1 pound raw boneless per 4-5, use rolls that can be sandwich or dinner, such as baguette, ciabatta, etc, 6-7 pounds.
