I have a question - when a recipe calls for a 6 oz. jar of marinated artichoke hearts with liquid, how much would that be? I buy the large bottles and have trouble judging how much I should take out of the 33 oz jar. Thanks! |

Interesting question. Suggest you experiment-take a small jar, add hearts and liquid to the amount similar to the purchased jar, and measure. And yes, the little jars are kind of sill, aren't they? |

By the way, a 6 ounce jar is about 3/4 cup. |
