09/29/13 		Hey, I'm getting married in November and want to combine cheese and crackers/bread platter as an appetizer while we take photos. What type of cheese will you suggest and how many cheese and crackers/bread for 70 guests?

6-8 lb cheese (3-4 kinds), 2 pounds spreads or logs
8 lbs crackers/ bread for cheese
add fruit trays, 3/4 of the amounts for 100, see the fruit tray page
