I am the mother of the bride and we are cooking the food for the wedding. Boston Butt- 60lbs Ham- 25lbs Buns- 300 Slaw- 20lbs of cabbage potatoe salad- 10 large cans Green beans- 25lbs Bake beans- 10 to 12 cans Rolls- 250 Lemonade- 10gallons, tea-8 gallons, un-sweet2gal Salad Bar- two large bags 5 salad dressings Fruit Bar- Strawberries-10lb,Pineapple-10lb,grapes-15lb,watermelon-3large,honeydew-4,canalop 4 Coffee water Sweet Bar Wedding cake and grooms cake |

Hi, Leann, This looks a little short in some areas.
Boston Butt- 60lbs potato salad- 10 large cans - 8 #10 cans, still some left Green beans- 25lbs - 35 pounds Bake beans- 10 to 12 cans- #10 cans, 6-7 cans Rolls- 250 too many with the buns- 10 pounds plenty
Salad Bar- two large bags 5 salad dressings Fruit Bar- Strawberries-10lb, Pineapple-10lb, grapes-15lb, watermelon-3large, honeydew-4, cantaloupe 4 Some watermelon left- Could add about 5 quarts yogurt dip
Lemonade- 10 gallons,
